There is no trace of this small hand-held telescope in the inventories.
The object lens is missing, though the boxwood mounting remains. The entire eye-piece with attachment is also missing.
The eye-piece side bears the words "This eye-piece can be lengthened and shortened according to eye-sight". The working of the telescope and the writing point to Campani.
